Well, finally we can talk about it completely officially! Chefs of the AMAKS Hotels & Resorts chain set a record in Russia.
At the Festival of Perm National Culture and Cuisine "AMAKS Perm 300", our chefs prepared 2,254 pies with pistachios in one hour. The total weight of the pies was 140 kg!
