Terms of use of the certificate
1. The certificate is valid until February 14, 2024.
2. Only an individual can buy a certificate. Anyone who presents the certificate can use it.
3. When purchasing a certificate, you need to pay 100% of its value.
4. The certificate cannot be exchanged for money, refunded or extended. Upon expiration (February 14, 2024), it becomes invalid.
5. The certificate cannot be combined with other promotions and discounts of the hotel.
6. If you have lost the certificate, you can restore it by contacting the hosting facility.
7. The certificate can be used only once, regardless of its denomination.
8. The certificate can only be used when booking without intermediaries on the official website of the hotel.
9. If the cost of services is below the nominal value of the certificate, the remaining funds will not be refunded. If the cost is higher than the nominal value of the certificate, you need to pay up to the total cost of the service.
10. You can use the certificate if there are available rooms for the desired dates. In this case, the day of departure must be no later than the expiration date of the certificate.
