This week, the staff of AMAKS Park-Hotel Voronezh conducted an excursion for students of Voronezh State University. We decided not only to show what is in the hotel, but also to tell students about how the entire AMAKS Hotels & Resorts network functions as a whole.
Having organized a mini-lecture at the hotel, they showed what processes take place every day in the hotel complex. They talked about the main indicators and even speculated about what the team in the hotel should be like.
We looked at different categories of rooms, saw how the registration of guests takes place, told about the peculiarities of catering.
The students were impressed with our facilities that we provide to our guests.
This excursion was not only an interesting practical lesson for students, but also opened up a world of new opportunities for them. To see from the inside how the hotel business functions, to learn about the specifics of work in this field – this gave students more understanding and interest in this area.
Such excursions have become traditional for our hotel and we were able to make them more interactive and involve more students of the hotel profile. After all, the hotel business is not only a job, but also an open door for new opportunities and knowledge.
