The competition "A great place on the Zolotoe Koltso" was held last year for the first time. Hotels, guest houses, glamping, recreation centers could take part in it - all places where tourists traveling along the Zolotoe Koltso can stay overnight.
- When developing the competition, we put the concept of "hospitality" at the forefront, and this does not depend on the size of the hotel and its stardom, - Natalia Bulakh, Executive director of the Union of Cities of the Zolotoe Koltso, commented on the results. – Among the winners there are both boutique hotels designed for the discerning client, and chain hotels offering a good level of service to a wide audience.
Among the criteria by which the work of the hotels was evaluated were, among others, the comfort of stay for families with children, environmental friendliness and safety, accessibility of the environment for low-mobility travelers and the opportunity to stay on vacation with pets.
