International Cook's Day at AMAKS "Congress Hotel", Khabarovsk

The International Cook's Day is celebrated on October 20. Various culinary competitions, master classes and promotions are held in about 70 countries, in which chefs of the largest restaurants and cafes, representatives of the tourism industry take part.
Hotel chain AMAKS Hotels & Resorts was no exception and established a culinary art contest among the chefs of the chain's hotels. Mukhammajon Shokhjahon Umijon Ugli from AMAKS "Congress Hotel", Khabarovsk took part in the competition with his signature dish "Chicken in Azerbaijani". Also, as part of the Bread Day, hotels presented all kinds of variations on the theme of fragrant pastries.
