Week of Azov cuisine at AMAKS Hotel Azov!

This week, within the framework of the "Year of National Culture" project, AMAKS Hotel Azov introduced guests to traditional Azov cuisine!

Guests were treated:

Fish soup in Azov;

Boiled corn;

Pickles according to Cossack recipes;

Dried fish and fried carp;

Pies with a variety of fillings (cabbage, meat, fish);

Don kvass;

And one of the most popular dishes of our region is Don crayfish!
