This year our chain AMAKS Hotels & Resorts, which is currently represented in 22 regions of Russia and the Republic of Belarus, launched the project "Year of National Culture". For the past 5 months, we have been talking weekly about the cities where the chain's hotels are represented and treating our guests to the national cuisine of these regions.
This week, the relay finally reached the Don culture native to our hotel! Under the sonorous chorus of the Cossack folk song, our guests tasted national dishes: fish soup, Don ram, crayfish, kurnik and shish kebab. We sang, danced and enjoyed the opportunity to learn more about the city, traditions and culture.
And in a week we will introduce our guests to the traditional dishes of Novgorod cuisine, where one of the resorts of our Staraya Russa chain is located!
