Perm Cuisine Week

Culinary traditions of various nationalities – Russians, Komi-Permyaks, Tatars, Bashkirs, Mari, Udmurts - are intertwined in the gastronomy of the Perm Region. That is why Perm cuisine is so diverse: dumplings and dumplings, pistik porridge and plo, shangi and chak-chak easily get along on one table.

However, in this "cocktail" it is still possible to distinguish a common denominator – the active use of gifts of local nature in recipes: game, fish, mushrooms, berries and herbs.
