Celebrating a significant day in the city on Sozh will begin on May 7, when a solemn rally, a wreath-laying ceremony and flowers will be held on the Alley of Heroes. The event will start at 18:00. Next, on May 8 at 10:00 on the embankment of the Sozh River, the athletics race "With Victory in the heart" will be launched. Well, the main actions in honor of Victory Day, of course, will take place on May 9.
On May 9, mass celebrations will begin with a traditional parade, and will end in the late evening with fireworks. Lenin Square will be the main venue for the holiday, but many events will also take place in the Palace and Park Ensemble.
10:00 a.m. - a march of veterans, workers, athletes and creative youth will take place along Sovetskaya Street. The action "Belarus remembers" will also be held as part of the parade.
10:30 a.m. - a solemn rally, a ceremony of laying flowers and wreaths will be held on Labor Square.
10:30 a.m. - in the Kirill Turovsky Park, you can see the exhibition "The Victory that was bequeathed to us". Master classes will also be held here, and interactive zones will be located.
