The results of the main All-Russian tourist award Russian Travel Awards were summed up in St. Petersburg. The award ceremony was held at the Wawelberg Hotel, the regional Ministry of Sports and Tourism reported. In total, 48 regions were selected in 19 nominations. All of them got the right to participate in the finals thanks to their victories in professional competitions in the field of tourism and the hospitality industry. Mari El was among the winners. Our republic took the nomination "Territory of ethno-cultural tourism".
