For the first time, the medical career forum "Trud Krut" for schoolchildren and members of student teams was held in the Perm Region from March 28 to 31. More than 200 children from 42 regions of Russia and the Republic of Belarus took part in it.
The heads of regional authorities unanimously noted the significant role of Russian student teams in the formation of the personnel reserve of the industry and career guidance for medical students.
Within the framework of the forum, educational platforms aimed at raising students' awareness of relevant career opportunities, master classes and trainings for the development of professional competencies in the healthcare industry were held. The children visited 12 healthcare institutions in the Perm Region, talked with senior colleagues, plunged into everyday life and the specifics of medical care.
