The opening took place in the City Garden. This weekend, on January 28 and 29, sculptors invited to the festival from different cities of Russia together with Kurgan craftsmen create 12 large-scale snow figures. Such a festival with the participation of master artists from other regions is held in Kurgan for the first time in many years. We hope that the festival of snow figures will become a good tradition in Kurgan.
