The Crimson Bell was returned to the Spasskaya Tower of the Kazan Kremlin

A bit of history:
In 1967, the Prometheus Research Institute, engaged in music research, placed a Crimson Bell installation in the tower with light filters on 24 spotlights that illuminated the belfry in proportion to the volume of the bell. At one time, this project received ten medals of the VDNH of the USSR.

Present time:
Over time, the Spasskaya Tower of the Kazan Kremlin ceased to be illuminated by everyone's favorite "crimson bell", meeting every hour only with the main bell.
In early November 2023, the legendary Crimson Bell installation was re-launched at the Spasskaya Tower. Also, a museum was opened in the walls of the tower, which tells the story of the Spasskaya Tower itself. Here is how it changed, how the tiers were completed, as well as when the famous clock and star appeared.

Now the guests of the city have a unique opportunity to enjoy this stunning view!
